जब साथ कभी हम गुजरे थे,
एक साथ कही पर बिगड़े थे
एक साथ कही पर सुधरे थे

तू गया था मुझसे बहुत दूर
क्या करता तू भी था मजबूर
जाना तेरी मजबुरी थी
जिसमे गहरी खाई की दूरी थी

मै वैसे का वैसे ठहर गया,
तू लगने लगा सबको प्यारा

तू अडिग अटल अपने पथ पर
मैंने भी अपना ठान लिए
तू पढ़ने लगा था किताबे
मैंने लोगो से जान लिया,

अब तू भी यही कहेगा की क्या है तेरी यह अभिलाषा
बस इतना ही ना जान सका ऐ यार मेरे वापस आ जा
